Terms & Conditions


  1. Registration and Payments

Submission of an online registration is regarded as a firm booking and acceptance of these terms and conditions, however the booking will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.

All bookings made prior to the conference must be paid in full to guarantee registration. Once payment has been received, an email confirmation and a receipted invoice will be sent. If payment is not made at the time of booking, registration will be provisional. Bookings received less than two weeks before the conference date can only be paid by credit card.

We accept payment by PayPal, bank transfer and credit card. Please note that all transfer charges must be met by the sender. The following payment methods are accepted:


Bank transfer: Please refer to the registration form for bank details. The name of the delegate and the conference title must be included in the payment reference. Conference registration fees are to be paid in the currency stated on the event registration form.

Credit card: By Visa and MasterCard (no other cards are accepted). Credit card payments will be charged in the currency of the conference.


  1. FEES

In order to qualify for any discount rates, booking and payment must be received before the deadline date listed below:

Early Registration until February 1st 2019, 400 €

Standard Registration until April 30th 2019, 450 €

Students (Bachelor, Master, PhD), until February 1st 2019, 200€

If you are a student you will be requested upon registration to scan and make available to us, through on line steps, documentation that proves your student status. If the documentation provided is deemed to be false, irrelevant etc., we reserve the right to deny access to the conference venue until payment of the remaining sum for an early registration.

If you are an exhibitor please contact the organizers about the possibility of becoming a sponsor to our event.


  1. Substitutions & Cancellation

Delegates may nominate an alternative person from their organization to attend up to 24 hours prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge. Should substitution not be possible, cancellation charges apply as follows:
8 weeks or more prior to start of event: 10% of the delegate fee
4 to 8 weeks prior to start of event: 50% of the delegate fee
4 weeks or less prior to start of event: 100% of the delegate fee
All substitutions and cancellations must be received in writing.


  1. Access Requirements
    Delegates should advise of any special access requirements at the time of registration.


  1. Registration Information
    Registration information will be sent to registered delegates by email at least seven days prior to the event.  Any delegate not receiving the registration information should contact us by email at info@tapconference.org


  1. Alterations to Programme – Cancellation/Postponement of Event


  1. EMISIA S. reserves the right to make alterations to the conference programme, venue and timings.
  2. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled by EMISIA S.A., a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate.
  3. In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the conference is being postponed or the dates being changed, the organisers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate.
  4. If by re-arrangement or postponement the event can take place, the booking between the delegate and the organisers shall remain in force and will be subject to the cancellation schedule in paragraph 3.


  1. Speakers 

Views expressed by speakers are their own. E cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference or in any material provided to delegates.


  1. Photography & Filming
    For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the conference. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organisers by email to info@tapconference.org prior to the event.


  1. Data Protection 

The personal information supplied in connection with this booking will be held by EMISIA S.A. as a record of attendees and parties expressing interest. By registering for this conference the parties concerned are agreeing that the conference organisers may use that personal information to contact them by email, direct mail, telephone or fax, in order to supply information relevant to this conference, or about other conferences, events and opportunities that the organisers are planning and feel may be of interest to them. The organisers may also share this information with its partners and event sponsors in order for them to contact the delegates about other products and services which may be of interest to the delegates. If you do not want your details to be used in this way, please contact EMISlA S.A. by letter or email to confirm this.

The organisers are fully complied with the General Data Protection Regulation and have taken all required measures to hold your personal data safe.


It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. EMISIA S.A cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.
